I am pleased to announce Cathy Reed will lead the company’s supplier diversity initiatives with the expansion of her role as Agile’s Diversity Director. Agile’s dedication to supplier diversity will strengthen under her direction through her contagious enthusiasm, passion for delivering substantive change, and her drive for accountability.

An experienced, multifaceted commercial and marketing leader, Cathy will partner with industry diversity professionals and minority business enterprise (MBE) suppliers to promote Agile’s supplier diversity integrator program. Agile’s supplier diversity program provides guidance, training, and business opportunities for diverse suppliers across the U.S. Cathy will work closely with Agile executive leadership to identify strategic MBE partners to advise, mentor, and support.

As a company committed to contributing positively to the communities in which we work and live, Agile will continue to ensure that qualified and certified diverse businesses have opportunities to provide our products and services to gas and electric utilities and utility infrastructure construction firms.
