Agile Sourcing Partners Names Michael Bauern Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions

Corona, CA, October 1, 2021 – Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc. (“Agile”), an integrated supply company that provides a comprehensive solutions portfolio for the utility industry, today announced the appointment of Michael Bauern as VP of Supply Chain Solutions effective October 4, 2021.

Mike joins Agile with more than 17 years in utility operations and leadership at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest U.S. gas and electric utilities. He brings utility expertise and rigor to this role with his deep background in transmission, distribution and nuclear supply chain integration and operations. Mike will drive and lead all aspects of Agile’s supply chain operations with a dedicated focus on safety, efficiencies, and quality.

Using his demonstrated leadership and proven utility experience, Mike will plan, direct, and implement a strategic vision for growth and operational execution. He will guide and implement programs and systems to deliver day-to-day performance, as well as future organizational objectives. In his prior roles at Southern California Edison, he was responsible for implementing business strategies and supporting system-wide utility operations and performance that improved compliance, savings, and program performance.
