QUALITY INSPECTION PROCEDURES
As a certified ISO: 9001:2015 company, quality is the foundation of our gas fittings program. We inspect fittings based on the safety, quality, and reliability standards of our gas utility customers.
Our experienced inspection team ensures that all products meet customer specifications. We also ensure that the products meet the ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4 standards for both raw and coated materials.
Agile quality objectives have been rigorously evaluated through the lens of the PPQP process of multiple gas utility customers. The Agile inspection team provides a variety of quality inspection types and procedures, from 100% gage assessments to lot sampling inspections.
Our inspectors verify fittings are free from defects and coated products are smooth, continuous, and uniform. Internal threads are inspected and must be able to pass gage testing. Our quality management system (QMS) includes a three-step quality control and inspection standard operating procedure for every lot of material to ensure the highest level of coating.
